Why we cannot simply delete everything on request
Financial regulation requires us to retain client records, transaction records and communications for a defined minimum period after a relationship ends — typically several years. Where that obligation applies, we cannot erase the data even if you ask us to, and we will tell you so and explain which obligation applies.
Your rights
Subject to the retention obligations above, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
Who we share data with
Payment providers, identity verification providers, technology suppliers acting as processors under contract, our auditors and professional advisers, and regulators or law enforcement where we are required to disclose. We do not sell personal data.
